How long does a chainsaw service take?
Most services are completed within a few days, depending on current workshop demand. If additional repairs or parts are required, we will let you know before carrying out any work.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Booking is recommended but not essential. You are welcome to visit us with your machine, or you can call or email ahead to schedule a service.
What brands do you service?
We service all major chainsaw and 2-stroke brands, including Husqvarna, Stihl, Echo, Makita and many others. If you are unsure about your model, simply get in touch and we will be happy to confirm.
Will you let me know if my chainsaw isn’t worth repairing?
Yes. If we find that a repair would cost more than the machine is realistically worth, we will contact you with honest and transparent advice before proceeding.
Can you sharpen my chain as part of the service?
Yes. Chain sharpening is included as part of your chainsaw service when required. We also offer sharpening as a separate service if needed.
Do you offer replacement parts?
